Neil
became Pipe Sergeant of the band in 2002, after a brief stint as Pipe
Major. He started out at the MacKenzie, then moved on to playing in Grade
1 with Scotrail Vale of Atholl. He then joined the City of Solford Pipe
Band, before returning to the MacKenzie. Neil also won the Scottish UOTC
Piobaireachd prize in 1984. |
